Roger Sierra, founder of BridgeCrews, is an Industrial Engineer from Colombia with over 10 years of experience across service-based and operationally intensive industries - including construction, logistics, food service, and commercial operations, in both Colombia and the United States.
After relocating to the U.S. in 2020, Roger worked alongside business owners in industries where administrative overload, rising labor costs, and unreliable staffing were daily challenges. He saw firsthand how much time and money small and medium size businesses were losing to tasks that could be handled remotely - and how much untapped talent existed in Latin America, ready to fill that gap.
In 2023, BridgeCrews was founded to close that distance - as a fully managed solution that takes the complexity of international hiring off the client's plate entirely and delivers professionals who are trained, aligned, and ready to contribute from day one.
